1. Pre-sales
With fully understanding of your project’s situation, our experienced engineers will select the ideal pumps as per your parameters. We provide engineering and technical consultancy services such as pump evaluation, improvement and selection. Our engineers can suggest the ideal pumps for your work environment and pumping application, solve your existing troubles, and provide modern solutions that could solve your pump issues.

2. In sales
After signing a contract, we will provide the basic equipment installation drawing to you in time. Once the contract passes the technical verification, we will proceed with production. You will be keep informed about the production status, and receive pictures or videos of your pumps and spare parts.
3. After-sales
(1) In warranty period
Our pumps guarantee period is one year except for the abrasive parts. Our engineers will react within 2 hours after receiving your after-sales need. Your pump problems will be taken seriously by us.
(2) Out of warranty period
Our after-sale service team and professional experts still provide technical support to you for free.

4. Provide technical data
Pump mounting dimension drawing, Pump assembly drawing, operation instruction will be provided to our clients to help them operate the pumps correctly.
5. Installation and pump problems instructions
During the installation and application of our pumps, any pump problems will be solved on time. We provides expert training on pumps and pump system reliability in factory and on field.
We will help operators to understanding structure、features、operation methods、common trouble and their solutions etc. Our aim is help our customer fully understanding pump performance, increasing reliability and productivity.
