Product overview

Because the pump inlet is installed with a stirring wheel, the mud at the bottom of the inlet can be stirred up and pumped out at work; Reduce the sedimentation of the sewage pond (or mud pond), ensuring the effective volume of the sewage pond.
Built-in electric pump, water flows through the motor sandwich, effectively prolonging the service life of the electric pump. This pump is especially suitable for underground coal mine water silo cleaning, belt conveyance roadway coal slime tank drainage and main shaft bottom drainage. It can realize automatic drainage of vertical shaft, inclined shaft and coal slime pool at the bottom of shaft.

Environmental conditions

  1. The power supply frequency is 50Hz, the voltage is three and 660V/1140V two voltage grades, the voltage fluctuation is allowed to 5%;
    2. Explosive places such as methane and coal dust are contained in the underground coal mine;
    3. The temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 40°C;
    4. PI value of conveying medium is within the range of 4~10:
    5. Contain solid particle medium, its concentration (weight concentration C) does not exceed: ash (slag) slurry and coal slurry 20%; Pulp and heavy medium 40%;
    6. Working environment temperature 0-40°C;
    7. The maximum solid particle in the medium is not greater than 50% of the minimum size of the cross section of the pump flow passage;
    8. Submersion depth of medium pump is not more than 5 meters.

Main application range:
1. Drainage of underground working face containing methane or coal dust explosion risk;
2. Mine vertical shaft and inclined shaft construction drainage;
3. The slime pool of the conveyance roadway and the bottom hole drainage of the main shaft of the belt conveyor;

4.Deliver a solid particles of mud, larger pulp, coal slurry, sandstone;
5. Automatic drainage of water gushing in old pond and no man’s land;
6. Groundwater discharge containing coal dust, sediment and other small solid particles in the coal mine;
7. Cleaning silt of underground coal mine;
8. Disaster rescue and drainage;
9. Sewage disposal in urban environmental system:
